Envious...

One of my high school friends posted this on her blog and it really touched me. I know I have felt this way too much and far too often lately so when I came across this it reminded me of being true to myself and being thankful for what I have and who I am - Thank you Mele!

"My Husband and I started a conversation several months back about being envious towards friends, family, acquaintances, co-workers and even strangers. At times I have found myself wishing we had more or were further along in life. I see so many of my friends with so much more than we do, but I also know there are so many more people with less. My wonderful spouse just turned to me and said, " You can not compare yourself to others and always want more. If you become envious towards what others have, you will lose yourself. It is nor about who has more of what, it's about if you are happy with what you have."

That is a very good message to share. I often think of this quote..."The best things in life aren't things."

That is a great reminder so thanks for sharing. :)

I will leave another quote:

"Having everything doesn't mean having it all at once". -annonymous and "Life is a journey, not a destination".

I always remind myself of these two quotes when I have a "Why me?" or a hard no baby day. It allows me to enjoy where I am in life at that moment.

I hope everything is OK and I am looking forward to seeing you this weekend! Loves
